What is "wall riding"? Wall riding a special form of moving through the map and is faster than normal running if pulled of correctly. You are basically flying over the terrain for a short amount of time.
How does it work? Wall riding is done by dodging sideways up a ramp/wall while turned 45 degrees away from the wall. Done correctly, this will send you flying at a high speed without draining your charge or stamina. This works best on steep hills with a sharp edge. You maximize the flying effect by dodging just over the edge.
What is this good for? It can be used to reach a critical location or target faster than normal running. You will also reach your target much more safely because no one will be able to reach you while flying.
If you are outnumbered in a fight you can use wall riding to waste enemy time by gliding back and forth on a wall. Ultimately you will die, but you've keept a few enemies busy while your team can push forward at a different location of the map.
